Guardian’s Shockwave: Now adds 50% AS for 3 seconds after cast

Dark Presence: Extra Attack: from 40% to 50% damage, Range increased by 25, Lifesteals off the additional attack.

Royal Presence: Now Also Passively Adds 50 hp/s, Damage from 1.8% to 1.6%, AoE from 715 to 725. Duration from 25sec to 30sec.

Timelord’s Presence: Damage from 50% to 45%, AS/MS Slow from 55% to 50%
